Applied online through the company's website and got an e-mail about 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview. I was kind of annoyed because they set up the interview for 8PM PST, but called me about 3.5 hours late. The interview was in both Japanese and English since it was a bilingual position in Tokyo. Started off with Japanese (mainly basic resume questions), and the second half was in English. Wasn't a hard interview but their attitude wasn't the best.
