Interview
I applied online. The process took about 3 months to complete. Started with 2 phone interviews with the recruiter. Then followed by an in-person interview that went over my resume with detailed questions. Followed by an extremely lengthy and difficult written test that assessed basic financial knowledge + editing + writing skills. I heard back about 3 weeks after that test and interview.
