The standard first interview process with all the basic questions. The interviewer was nice but the interview felt rushed, not conversational. Mostly wanted to know about my software skills and experience with Excel.
After the initial HR interview, I had a technical interview with the Analytics team. They asked me to solve real-life web data analysis problems, including identifying key performance metrics and providing insights for improving web strategies. The interviewers were impressed with my ability to perform deep-dive analyses and present actionable recommendations. It was a challenging but rewarding experience.
