Interview
Superday includes group problem-solving exercise as well as statistical/coding exam. Get to meet and talk to lots of different people at the superday and get great exposure to the company and culture. The next round after the superday is a interview with a senior manager.
The process began with an initial video screening and an offer was extended to attend a 2 day super day. It was a good experience overall and gave me a really good idea of what the role would be like.
The video itw is quite technical. They ask about your experience in the financial world and your knowledge about it. You should not expect personality questions (I did and was quite surprised)
