      1 week after applying on the website for the position, l received an email from HR lady asking me to schedule a phone-interview which was set for 1 week later. On the phone interview, at first l was very nervous and thought l was done but then l got the conversation kept going. the questions were as expected, Why BB? What attracted you to this position? BB products and competitiors. Few days later l received another email inviting me to in-house interview. The in-house interview is going to be at the end of next week so l don't know what will happen yet. l really would like to get the job.

      Video interview - you have to record a video with your answers, if you screw up, keep refreshing the page, it won't stop you from attempts. First interview: I had 3 people Second interview: on the day and it was with 2 people Third interview with HEAD of EMEA After that, assessment tests every 8 days, For 9+ weeks. Then A final test based on everything you learned in 9 weeks. And a language test which can take up to 1 month You will also have role - play tests every 8 days. Once all tests are passed you will have monthly tests at work Hours 8-5 but can be 8-5.30 please be aware you have to come earlier! Language test at the end. - which can take up to months as they want 100%
