Very efficient interview process. Had an initial phone screening, followed by two video conferences with team members and their manager. The process took slightly over a month, which is average for most interview processes. Overall, the interviews were challenging but the employees at BB are very engaging and having a good conversation is feasible.

I applied online and was invited to phone interview. The interview was with the department representative where I was applying to. It was written in the e-mail that interview would be 20-30 minutes, but we were done in 10 minutes. At once in the beginning of interview the girl started to say what department is doing, then asked me explain my background briefly, why I am good for this role, what I know about the company and nothing else. Notice period, salary expectations were not even discussed. Proper cv walk-through did not take place as well. In a couple of hours I got standard refusal despite the interview went well and I was well-prepared and didn't get unexpected questions. It looked like they were not really interested in interviewing and it was pure formality.
