I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Singapore)
Interview
Submitted my resume in late Oct and received a digital interview invite a few days later. Then next week, I was invited to a 30 min phone interview with a recruiter that focused mainly on asking about your background, why Bloomberg and this role, why this industry?
Recruiter was very personable and made me feel comfortable during the interview. I received the rejection in 2-3 days but no hard feelings as it was a nice experience :)

It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products
