I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
Interview process includes 3 rounds, at least for Tokyo office and new recruits.
It seemed that people were invited for in-house recruiting event (they may say they don't evaluate you but it still is a part of recruitment process so keep that in mind), while others were asked for an interview after submitting resume online.
After online submission, HR will ask for phone interview -> Skype interview (if you don't live in Tokyo) -> then a final round interview in Tokyo.
Who interviews you depends on the level / job you are applying for, but for new graduates (bachelors degree) it seemed to begin with young team leaders, then regional manager then to HR director.
