I just had the first phone interview. It was approximately 25 min. The questions were very similar to the ones mentioned in the previous posts.

The next round is skype interviews if your not based in the UK i guess
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
