Phone interview
Just with a guy specializing in sales I think. Very fair and kind.
Tried to get the best out of me, prompted rather than attack. Overall he was very nice, they got back to me very fast with a response from the phone interview. I'd say financial knowledge is not essential, you'll just need to be able to show you're interested and can talk about other skills mostly sales.
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
