Phone interview - Why Bloomberg Face-toface interview

First there was a telephone interview, about 30 minutes, asking about motivation to work for BB, why I was suitable for this position, what is a mutual fund etc. In-office-interview, about one hour, again asking about my motivation for the position, questions about what I knew about the position I was interviewing for, where do I see myself in the future and going through some things in my cover letter.
