Had an interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. Things went extremely well, the hiring manager told me they would like to continue on to the next round with me and we would be having another follow up conversation. I didn’t hear back for weeks, so I followed up with the recruiter and was just ignored entirely. Ghosted after being very excited about the role.
