The process required an initial virtual assessment with self recorded audio and then a zoom interview. After the interview I was told I would hear back in a week. I didn’t hear back for almost 3 weeks and then I got an email asking if I wanted to talk again and then I got ghosted. Super strange and unfortunate. Better communication would be appreciated.

Started with a simple overview of my past experience, mainly walking through my CV. The hiring manager was friendly and made the conversation feel comfortable, and the interview was straightforward, structured, and easy to follow overall.
