The interview process consisted with five separate interviews 1:1 interview, one of which is a coaching exercise/ evaluation , and three online assessment: a 10 minutes answer as many questions as you can; a personality test and a logic test. The timeline may seem long but they were responsive and moved through the process fairly quickly. I personally interviewed with the human resource manger, the store manger and the two mangers directly beneath the store manager. Before considering to apply for the position I recommend going to the store you would want to work to observe the client-associate interactions and make sure you dress business conservative; image is important.
