Set up a time to interview with online scheduling system. Checked in with security and sat in a waiting room in the HR office with about 20 other people. Was called back by HR manager who talked to me about my resume and what I'd like to do if hired. She had me sit back in the waiting room, called me back a few minutes later to tell me that she'd like me to speak with the sales manager for a specific department. Was called back to a different room and went over my resume and what I'd like to do at the company with the sales manager. She left the room, came back, and offered me a position. We set up training and my first week schedule on the spot.
