One on one, nice atmosphere. Greeted pleasantly with a smile. I was asked several different questions relating to my personal experience as a past CSR. I was also asked how I would handle a difficult situation with an irate customer.

Online application. Called in for interview. Asked to come back for 2nd interview. Waiting on call back. Interviewer was preoccupied with cell phone. Made to wait 30 minutes. Asked same question twice. When I asked pay scale, was told I would get all of my questions answered in second interview. The job would be a second source of income for me thankfully because I almost turned down the position, however the hrs fit my schedule and the pay rate made up for it.
