Applied via company website, received a phone call 4 business days later from a woman in the HR department. Phone call was not an interview, it was used solely to arrange an in-person interview, which took place 7 business days later. Met with the same HR person (i.e. the woman who set up the appointment). Interview lasted approximately 40 minutes. Was told there would be a total of 3-5 interviews plus a personality test (e.g. Myers-Briggs). Received an automated email 5 business days later stating Bloomingdale's does not have an appropriate position that matches my experience and skill set.
