So disappointing. I met with two different managers, and both shared completely different expectations of the role, from business schedule to pay. It was shocking. Additionally, the first manager made a mistake and scheduled my second interview with his superior at a date and time that he was unavailable to meet. I drove for two hours to make that interview, only to be turned away when I arrived at the store. And they acted as though it was my error. The first manager apologized profusely and said he would make it up to me, and then I was ghosted, with no apology from the organization whatsoever. I contacted HR in New York, twice, and did not receive a response. Shameful.
