Interview
Quick and efficient. Done in one day. People are nice but also very honest about working in retail. Wasn't for me but great experience. I worked in the store but those in the buying office seemed to enjoy it more.
2 rounds. They ask about why you enjoy the industry and what drives your unique interest in such a role and field. After that you do some casing related stuff but nothing crazy. Overall they just want you to be yourself, so do that and you're good.
Several rounds , with both phone screening, judgement and critical thinking tests, and video interviews. Mostly behavioral questions and a few about what interests you, why the job is appealing, questions about the company, and minor technical questions
