Applied online, phone interview with two recruiters, panel interview with VP of Retail, recruiter, and HR Manager. Until the panel interview the process went well with the recruiters maintaining regular communication. However, I was extremely disappointed in the panel interview as the VP of Retail appeared distracted, chilly, and uninterested in the interview after having dialed in late to the hangout. I received an automatic rejection email with no constructive feedback.
