Overall friendly people but a very poor recruitment process. The interview consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager and then 4, 45 minute interviews onsite. No surprising questions or curveballs. 3 days after completing the onsite interviews, I received a generic "Thank you for interviewing with us. We have decided to pursue other candidates" email. I find this extremely unprofessional, especially once someone has committed several hours out of their work week to come onsite and interview with the team. The least they could do would be send a personalized message with more details as to why they found you weren't a good fit, etc.
