Applied in May. Received an email reply to do a phone interview in July. The role I applied to was filled, but continued into an open ended discussion on potential fit with other roles. Eventually screened and qualified to the hiring manager phone screen stage where there seemed to be a misalignment with the expected skills fit with newly suggested role and written job description. Negative candidate experience due to candidate touch point experience, recruitment stage movement, and impression of disorganization in talent/people function.
