With this being the time of Covid, everything was done over the phone. I had two phone interviews, one scheduled about a week after the first and they were pretty straightforward.

The issue was - I got ghosted. I had two good interviews (at least I thought they were good ), and followed up with thank you notes. After I hadn't heard anything for a couple weeks I followed up again, reiterating my interest and...nothing. Complete silence
