I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions in May 2018
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter followed by another with hiring manager and then an in-person interview with multiple people. Very little communication and follow-through on what’s going on in the process, even as you progress through the stages over many weeks. No final communication about hiring decision, not even a standard rejection letter, despite 3 interviews and a few follow-ups. Felt very impersonal and not very mindful of the effort and time required on the part of the candidate to participate in the process. Not a great impression from a people perspective.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions
Interview
I had 3 phone interviews (outside recruiter, internal recruiter, hiring manager) then on-site interview with 4 other Directors, one after the other. I came away with the favorable impression that there are some terribly bright people who work for BCBSA. I asked some questions at the end of each interview that I thought might give each Director pause, but they knocked the questions out of the park. Seems like a great place to work.
