Interview
The interview process was formal but cordial. The interviewer was well aware of what he was looking for in a person for this role, and I could tell they were experienced themselves with UM. He also was a nurse, so we both could relate to a number of things.

Question 1
The basic questions regarding UM experience and knowledge were presented. But the one question that stood out the most and had nothing to do with the role was: "If I could pick 2 people who influenced me the most who would they be?"
