I applied via Linkedin and a Talent Acquisition employee from BCBS reached out to me and we had an initial phone interview for about 15 minutes. After the interview he told me that he wanted to schedule a phone interview with the VP of the department I would be working in. He did disclose that she was "difficult-ish" and that is why they are looking to hire externally instead of internally which they normally do. The VP was 10 minutes late to call me and while I was telling her about myself she said "I don't know why I'm interviewing you." It was a super unprofessional experience I didn't want to be apart of.
