Recruiter reached out to me to schedule phone interview, took 3 days for him to respond to get it scheduled with multiple times provided, he e-mailed me 10 minutes before interview asking to reschedule because of a commitment that arose which happens, rescheduled for 2 business days later, he didn't show up to interview for new date/time, e-mailed him 5 minutes into agreed time slot for interview asking him if needed to rescheduled and got no response (ghosted me), e-mailed him the next business day asking if would like to reschedule or if role has been filled, got no response so called him 2 business days later, he picked up to my surprised and apologized for no responding and would flow up with new dates/times in a business day or 2 - never heard back from recruiter after that. I was recommended to this role from a current employee at BCBS so had excitement about company/position from past colleague/friend, but lack of accountable to effectively communicate with candidates is a definite red flag for me via this experience.
