The interview itself was fine. The people conducting the interview were nice enough. My problem is that they ghosted me after the interview. It's fine if I wasn't the right person for the job, but at least let me know. It's wrong to interview someone and not let them know that they are no longer being considered for the job. How hard is it to send out an automated email to the people who weren't hired saying thanks but no thanks?
