The interview process was quite long and drawn out. I spent over two months going through the process. A few days after my final interview (I was advised I was in the top two) I received an offer from another organization. When I asked BCBSA for and update and to share that I received another offer, they asked for another week to sort things out. I went with the other organization. If it took that long just to interview, what are the internal processes and SOPs like?
