I received a call from them, telling me that they were interested in me. We talked over the phone, about what the department did and what my role would be, and I was told that I would be reached for the next step in the process. They never got back to me; however, this represents one branch of the BCBSA and may not reflect all experiences.

The interview process was great. Had a call with the recruiter and then had an interview with the manager. The employees were nice and each interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Basically, it was your standard interview. I applied on their site, they called me to come in for an interview. Then called again for a second one. Then a month later extended the job.
