I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Matter (London, England)
Interview
Very poorly run interview process. Interviews were arranged over a long period of time and required chasing up after every step. No transparency as to how many stages there are. Asked for feedback after rejection and completely ignored the email. Poor representation of the company as I have invested a lot of time into the process to get no feedback. First interviewer was lovely however was rearranged to a new interviewer for the second round on the day of interview. Clearly she was rushed and had no intention of walking through the case properly, just stated all the answers instead of probing, very robotic in comparison to the first interview. Avoid interviewing here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions regarding product launch of a gene therapy, market sizing and related questions.
The HR is really nice. There are 4 rounds. 2 “technical”. The only thing bad was that they scheduled my second round and then canceled and told me requirements had changed, but opened the role again
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Matter in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was moderate.
Everything from zero to whatever was done on your project was asked.
Puzzles were asked that were tricky but at this level in think that should not be asked and is absolutely irrelevant.
Also technical part was very less asked only 1-2 questions of overall 1 hr interview
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Blue Matter
Interview
Wasted time - 3 rounds of interviews spread out over several weeks. The company made an offer and then revoked it citing internal scrutiny re business needs.
Two virtual and one in person. Each round contained case study components and behavioural questions.
