The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Origin in Mar 2022
Interview
Received a call from Blue Origin to interview for a role in Savannah GA. The recruiter wanted me to drive 4 hours for a meet and greet, and drive 4 hours home during a workday. Shocked and appalled that a company expects prospective employees to spend an entire working day just to meet with them for 30 minutes. The interview process then requires 4 interviews with a presentation & technical interview. I’m not sure who they think they’re hiring but for an experienced professional with 5 years experience as an manufacturing engineer thats’s ridiculous to expect that much time & dedication.

Question 1
How have you used one of Blue’s values in the past?
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.
