Interview
30min phone interview, after that 3 people video panel interview. Making presentation and two achievements at your company you demonstrated. It is not difficult interview. But they dont care what you did, they just look for what they need. If you dont have exact experience what they need then they will disqualify you no matter how much experience you have. They dont even listen your presentation and they never look into your presentation before the interview.

Question 1
How have you used one of Blue’s values in the past?
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.
