I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Cape Canaveral, FL) in Jul 2024
Interview
Brief phone screen with HR and then with the Hiring Manager. After these there was a 4 hour interview that included an hour presentation and then 30 minute conversations with members of the team. I enjoyed talking to the team and the only one who asked any technical questions was the hiring manager. Although it went well I never heard back after reaching out to both HR and the hiring manager. Given I spent a decent amount of time on an hour long presentation I would have appreciated some form of feedback.

Question 1
How have you used one of Blue’s values in the past?
Overall a good experience, recruiter was very warm and understanding. Intimidating and in-depth on specificities of personal experiences but understandably so, considering the skills and effort required to design and manufacture reusable launch vehicles.
