I interviewed with Blue Shield quite some time ago. They (2) were 30 minutes late to the interview. I waited because working with them was very desirable for me. Interviewers came on, apologized for being late, and mentioned they were in the middle of a high severity issue. I asked if they wanted to reschedule, they declined and said they were waiting on one more to join. The final interviewer joined at the 45 minute mark. Starting the interview, it was said "Okay, we are interviewing for Junior Sys Admin, right?". "No", I corrected, "This is for a Senior Sys Admin position". They said nothing for several seconds. "Well thanks for your time", I said and hung up.
