After an initial phone screening by a recruiter, I was contacted by the manager of the practice (this process took about 3 weeks). The manager conducted a 30 minute video interview, and we scheduled a shadow interview at the clinic for the next week. After the interview we discussed my thoughts about the position and which department I could see myself working best in.
