They interviewed me at a cafe, very straightforward questions about prior experience and knowledge of the coffee industry. They had me go behind the counter and make a latte and it was good.
It was quite hard, they asking lots of questions about you, your life and past experiences but overall really friendly! The interview lasts for 30 minutes or more, be prepared to answer the questions about the company!
