Wait for it---> Spent almost 3 hours completing application / testing online. Waited... and waited. Almost two weeks go by - Email: "Sorry, we aren't going to interview you...."
THE KICKER: Found out later, the job was NEVER really available to the public. It was ALREADY going to someone at the company.
