I applied online and within a week was offered an in person interview in North Charleston. They called me a few days later to arrange my flight and hotel. They flew me up the day before, had a car for me at the airport, and put me in a hotel near the office. The interviews were about an long interview of only behavioral questions with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Phone call from HR requesting an in-person interview which lead to an in-person, on-site interview in a dreary, corporate meeting room on-site. My interview panel included some of my team members, and some random guy that was pulled in from an unrelated, non-IT department who knew nothing about programming, or IT in general. Thankfully, my future team members who would be working with me over-ruled his idiotic opinions on my interview performance.
