Interview was with 2 members of the BSRP and 2 managers. The interview wasn't too difficult. They asked STAR based questions. After a couple of days they offered me the position.
Behavioral Interview, use STAR method to answer to best answer the questions. Understand why you want to work at Boeing and in Aerospace. Show your passion for the company and the work statement. They want people who are excited about the products they create.
