Long and drawn out process by an overwhelmed HR dept, ended up in interview which was quite short and consisted of questions like "tell us one example of a time you were able to work outside of your usual skillset". Interviewers were polite and professional, environment managed to be formal and relaxed all at once. I got the impression I would be happy to work there from an early stage.
