Phone interview for roughly 45 minutes with a panel of 3 managers. Couple weeks later, an offer was proposed. Being from Southern California, I was surprised an offer was made that quickly. I pushed to have an in-person interview to see the facility but I was required to book and pay for my own flight. Overall experience was pleasant.
