Interview was Scenario based. Interview process is good. After the interview was asked by the HR to submit the current salary slips, CTC details etc. But no offer came. I guess they couldn't match the salary but ideally they should not have proceeded with the interview if they were not in a position to match the salary. Or they could have sent the offer with their pay range for the candidate the accept/reject the offer.

Even if you are the best candidate selected in the first round which is purely technical, STILL they will yank you off in the second so called STAR round! Every project is a learning experience and being asked to single out one experience which answering situation based questions is tough. Boeing should understand that technically sound folks with an excellent track record will continue to be the best in business!In both rounds Interviewers did not show up on video but expect the candidate to be on video which tends to distracting especially when the Interviewers don't make the candidate comfortable. Interviewers in the second round were not cordial and behaved as if they are doing a favor by granting an interview timeslot!

First round - personal interview. I had applied the post online and after short listing my resume. HR had called me to schedule the interview. It was initial discussion for 15 to 30 minutes and interviewer asked few basic question about the jobs. But surprisingly, I was rejected after that interview, I really didn't understand how the interview process worked.
