Boeing has a very structured interview process that involves a panel interview. The same questions are asked of all people being interviewed and the session is about an hour long. The questions require the person being interviewed to describe a situation related to the question and what the person being interviewed did in the situation.

Very simple, just one STAR based interview with the hiring manager and another manager. Received an offer a few weeks after that. No technical questions. Just don't be weird and you should be good to go.
