Typical star interview questions. Nothing wrong with how they interview, it’s how they treat interviewees they have no real intention to hire. I got an interview and even a plant tour, but heard absolutely nothing after that until I searched out the hiring manager’s information from social network sources. After 4 months of waiting I get the run around “we haven’t made a decision.” If it takes this long to hire a new engineer or if you would prefer to hurt relationship with future employees I can imagine why Spacex is taking over aerospace. Doesn’t even seem like a good place for new graduates too because they will waste your time. Boeing is a large company, their talent pool is large and they don’t care about the individual. So go ahead work for Boeing, but hope that you aren’t another candidate used to meet their interview quota.

Give us an example of when you worked in a group and you had a problem
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
