It was a relatively straightforward interview. They provided a general description of their interviewing practices when they scheduled the interview. They followed these closely, and the questions were all behavioral and/or about my experience

Describe an experience you have had with changing a manufacturing process.
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...

* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
