This was a very long process that never seemed to reach a conclusion. Applied for one position, interviewed two separate times and then was told they were going to break the job into two positions. HR and hiring manager called, asked if I was going to apply, did, 2+ months passed, 2 separate interview sessions (same STAR Questions each time) and then BEFORE any communication regarding second position was called by same HR associate asking if I would be interested in apply for a third position (again in Records Management). I applied because I really like what Boeing is doing and their future but after 6 months 5 interviews, being a finalist and then asked to apply to report to the position I was a finalist for... I just could not continue the process. Their interview is very professional and organized, and same questions over and over. Read on here sample questions from others and you will be prepared!
