Went to several interviews where I faced a panel of interviewers. The panel was very friendly and asked questions primarily around strengths/weaknesses and past experiences. I stayed in touch with all panelists as they were in the same org.

Three personnel on the panel posed five questions. Used the STAR method for answering questions. I answered them and incorporated additional relevant information from those questions. The interview was conversational, but professional.

Boeing visited my campus and asked for resume submissions. I was called and told that I had gotten an interview. They interviewed on-campus, and used the STAR method. I then heard back a few days later that I had gotten the position.
