I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Knoxville, TN) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview process was very intense. It was basically a bunch of behavioral and situational questions. You will need to be prepare. I was interviewed by directors and they took it very seriously.
First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
