I applied online. I got a call from a Malaysia number. I was invited to an interview in their office in Cebu. They only contact applications under consideration.
I went to the first interview with the HR and the Team Manager. I got a call for second interview. Then job offer.

Interview
I got a phone interview first - HR asked me some screening questions and salary expectation. Then I had a zoom meeting interview with the manager. This is more about the skillset, introduction of the position and many other open questions.

Q: Introduce your educational and work experience; why you changed your job; how do you like to do presentation, etc.
2 rounds. Round 1: HR Round - Basic questions Round 2: Met the hiring manager who was really nice and conducted a really good interview. The interview was not very hard.
